The applicable Incoterms are FOB, CI and DIP, with payment at the ports of Aktau, Rotterdam, Jurong or Fujairah, with the product being loaded from the seller's tanks; the packaging will be in bulk for loading onto the ship; the insurance will be for 110% and will be the responsibility of the seller; the inspection will certify the quality and quantity of all products through SGS; and the terms of payment will be by telegraphic transfer (T/T) through MT103.
